Case summary

A resident of Neftekamsk (Bashkortostan). In September 2024, he was taken into custody in a case of desecration of military glory symbols after, according to the investigation, he urinated on a memorial APC. In June 2025, the court sentenced him to two years of compulsory labor with 15% of his salary withheld in favor of the state, along with deprivation of the right to participate in volunteer activities at patriotic events and to engage in activities related to the patriotic education of minors in educational, preschool, and supplementary children’s institutions for three years.
