Case summary

A resident of Neftekamsk (Bashkortostan). In September 2024, he was taken into custody in a case of desecration of symbols of military glory because, according to the investigation, he had urinated on a memorial APC. In June 2025, the court sentenced him to two years of compulsory labor with 15% deducted from his salary to the state income, with deprivation of the right to engage in volunteer activities during patriotic events and activities related to the patriotic education of minors in educational, pre-school and children's institutions of additional education for three years.
