According to the investigation, from 4 to 9 May 2021, on a social network, under posts celebrating Victory Day and honoring World War II veterans, he posted “desecrated images of the St. George ribbon and accompanying texts.” As reported by the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, these comments included “an image of an artificial phallus on a stand” with a St. George ribbon attached to it and some caption.
