Житель Омска, член партии «Рассвет», в прошлом военный. В апреле 2026 года против него возбудили дело об участии в экстремистской организации.
Поводом для преследования стала отправка публикации из телеграм-канала «Омского гражданского объединения» в канал омского отделения партии «Рассвет». Также следствие утверждает, что Архаров взаимодействовал с ОГО, когда в апреле 2025 года он через бот передал ОГО некие информационные материалы, которые были размещены в канале организации.
