A resident of Novosibirsk. A case was brought against him for desecration of symbols of military glory because of beer poured into the Eternal Flame. He was taken into custody. On 7 August 2024 Arkashov was sentenced to seven months in a penal colony. Presumably, in September 2024 he was released.
