Resident of Naberezhnye Chelny. Since 2018, he was wanted as the alleged "Amir of Tatarstan", the leader of the cell of Hizb ut-Tahrir. In early February 2024, Bagautdinov was detained and taken into custody on charges of organising the activities of a terrorist organisation. On 8 April 2026, he was sentenced, details are unknown.
