Organised and held illegal Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT) meetings and involved others in its activities; "deliberately stored" extremist materials in his home and car, both on paper and on electronic media; "deliberately participated" in the organisation's activities that took part from 2014 to 2018; "took part in illegal propaganda meetings" of HT, where he acquired "skills and special knowledge" to justify HT's activities, then took part in a large number of HT propaganda meetings where, together with others, he studied "extremist materials contrary to the traditional interpretation in Islam"; "improved his propaganda skills" to justify the activities, "carried out the involvement of potential participants"; "possessing the mandatory skills of illegal activities for a member of this illegal organisation", did not carry mobile phones to meetings, left personal cars far from meeting places and "controlled the presence of surveillance by law enforcement agencies"; donated funds for HT activities on a monthly basis
