Natalia Baranova

Baranova has been fined at least four times in administrative cases on violation of the procedure of "foreign agent" activities (Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Thus, she was fined 30 thousand roubles because she failed to submit to the Ministry of Justice the "foreign agent" report for the third quarter of 2023 (part 2 of Article 19.34 of the CAO). She was twice fined 30 thousand roubles for the absence of the "foreign agent" badge (part 4 of Article 19.34 of the CAO). She was fined another 20 thousand roubles for producing materials without indicating that they were created by a "foreign agent" (part 5 of Article 19.34 of the CAO). In these cases, the reason for the protocols was the posts in Baranova's Telegram channel "Experiencing Activism".
