Case summary
Detained on 19 August 2018, accused of organising activities of an extremist organisation. On 21 August she was released on her own recognisance.
On 14 November 2019, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office. On 9 January 2020, the court of appeal reversed the decision. On 25 September, the charge was reclassified to participation in the activities of an extremist organisation, she was sentenced to two years' probation. On 9 November 2021, the court of cassation instance quashed the verdict and returned the case to the court of appeal. On 18 January 2022, the appeal court issued a verdict of acquittal. On 15 December, the verdict was cancelled and the case was returned to the court of appeal. On 31 January 2023, sentenced to two years' suspended sentence.
