Case summary
Resident of Astrakhan, programmer. On 24 January 2025, he was taken into custody on charges of financing extremist activities due to donations to NPO "ACF" in 2021-2022. Bazikalov pleaded guilty.
Since 5 February he has been on the list of "terrorists and extremists" of Rosfinmonitoring.
On 21 May 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 500 thousand rubles. The resident of Astrakhan was released from custody in the courtroom and released on recognisance not to leave and proper behaviour.
