Case summary
A resident of the Novgorod region. When detained, a mobile phone and two aerosol guns, as well as a box with two cartridges for one of them were seized from the Novgorod resident. It is reported that in 2019 and 2020, the detainee was involved in criminal cases of vandalism and theft, but both of them were terminated.
