According to the law enforcers' version, Belyaeva and Olga Ivashchenko set up a regional cell of the unregistered public organisation "Community of Free Russians" in Kuzbass in order to continue the activities of the extremist organisation "USSR" (banned by the Supreme Court of Komi). In order to promote the ideology of the extremist organisation, the individuals held meetings where they promoted the ideas of undermining the constitutional order, rejecting the norms of law in force in Russia, and spoke about the illegitimacy of the state, while attracting new supporters to extremist activity. In a short period of time, they involved more than 50 people in extremist activities.

Full summary
A resident of the Kemerovo region. On 20 June 2025, she was sentenced to six years of suspended sentence on charges of organising the activities of an extremist organisation. According to the version of the law enforcers, she organised the "Community of Free Russ" in order to continue the activities of the "Union of Slavic Forces of Russia" banned by the Supreme Court of Komi in 2019. This is one of the many organisations of "citizens of the USSR" who deny the collapse of the Soviet Union and seek its actual restoration
