Case summary
On 31 July 2024, he was detained in Pskov and taken into custody the next day on charges of desecrating symbols of military glory and insulting the memory of defenders of the Fatherland. On 12 February 2025, Bibin was sentenced to a year and 11 months in a penal colony. Presumably, he was released in November 2025.
