According to the court, in 2023, being hostile to representatives of state bodies of the Russian Federation, posted in an open public community in the Internet messenger Telegram, accessible for viewing by an unlimited number of users, four comments to news posts containing calls to obstruct the execution by the authorities and their officials of their powers to ensure the security of the Russian Federation by destroying them, exterminating them with fire, attacking them, as well as beating police officers. The Murmansk Region HQ of Federal Security Service claimed that the man posted comments in an open chat room in which he called for violence against representatives of state authorities, as well as voiced calls for violent actions against Russians.
