The investigation believes that the woman "supported the ideology of terrorism, as well as posted information materials calling for implementation of terrorist activities". "Rossiiskaia gazeta" with reference to the FSB writes that "the suspect, feeling hatred towards Russia and citizens of the Russian Federation, adhering to radical views, sought opportunities to help the armed forces and nationalist formations of Ukraine". According to the investigation, the woman "rejoiced at the commission of one of the terrorist attacks on the territory of Russia" and "wanted Russians to feel the same as Ukrainians felt".

A resident of Arkhangelsk. On 3 March 2025, she was taken into custody on charges of calling for terrorism and activities against the security of the Russian Federation. According to the version of the investigation, she "rejoiced at the commission of one of the terrorist attacks on the territory of Russia" and "wanted the Russians to feel the same as the Ukrainians felt".
