knowing that A.A. Pesotsky, A.Y. Dmitriev and A.B. Marochkin had organised the activities of the banned extremist organisation NBP on the territory of St. Petersburg, he agreed to become a member of the NBP and decided to personally participate in its activities in the second half of 2007 and the second half of 2009, thereby ensuring the actual continuation of the extremist activities of the NBP. According to the investigation, Boykov's participation in the continuation of the extremist organisation's activities was expressed in the fact that, acting under the organisational leadership of A.Y. Dmitriev, A.A. Pesotsky and A.B. Marochkin, he personally participated in regular meetings of NBP members on the organisation of NBP activities, ensured its financial and economic activities by personally contributing money on a monthly basis, participated in uncoordinated public events organised by the NBP in the city of St. Petersburg on a last day of each month aimed at expressing intolerance towards the senior officials and popularizing the prohibited activities of the NBP. Boykov, in 2009 and 2010, acting on behalf of the NBP, repeatedly personally participated in illegal mass public events organised by the NBP: publicly expressed extremist political views of the NBP, shouted its slogans and displayed its symbols, thereby popularising its prohibited activities, for which, for example, in October 2010 he was found guilty of violating the established procedure for holding an assembly, protest or demonstration; in November 2009 he crossed a roadway at a prohibited traffic light, thereby obstructing the orderly movement of vehicles, for which he was found guilty of violating traffic rules
