Case summary
On 10 November 2021, Brilkov was searched. On 30 May 2022, a case was opened against him for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 16 March 2023, Brilkov was put under the recognizance not to leave. On 15 January 2024, Brilkov was sentenced to two years and ten months of forced labour. On 12 March, the appeal court commuted the sentence to a two-year suspended prison sentence.
