According to the investigation, on 27 June 2025, a man in a state of alcoholic intoxication painted over with black paint the posters of the photo exhibition "Emotions of Victory", timed to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, installed on Malaya Konyushennaya Street, insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland, as well as causing material damage to the owner of the exhibition.

Full summary
A resident of St. Petersburg, a poet. At the end of June 2025, he left the inscription "I love you" for his girlfriend on the stands dedicated to the anniversary of Victory Day. A few days later, in early July, he was detained because of this in a case of insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland and vandalism.
