According to the investigation together with Churinov during the nighttime in the time period from 11.09.2022 to 18.09.2022 he drove to different spots in Rostov-On-Don, in the Aksai region and in Novocherkassk, Rostov Region, and intentionally, realising the illegal nature, as well as the publicity of the actions, threw paint-filled bundles towards the banners depicting participants of the 'Special military operation'.
