Resident of Moscow. In August 2025, a case of incitement to hatred on ethnic grounds against Russians was brought against him because of several videos he published in one of the messengers.

A few days before his arrest, Cherkashchenko's videos were brought to the attention of Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League. On 19 August, she published videos on her channel in which the young man berated participants in the war in Ukraine, wished death to Russians and called for attacking law enforcers.

"I live in Rashka and, you know, everyone supports some SVO veterans. SWO, for fuck's sake! To be blown up by a landmine <...> And these pigs don't support trans and LGBT yet. Just some freaks, I hope they all get slaughtered," he said in one of the videos.

In another video, Cherkashchenko said "Russians, fuck you, die." In yet another, he urged Russians to "make the Russian security forces dark" and attack them with rebar.

Mizulina said that law enforcement agencies had been handed materials to check Cherkashchenko. Four days after her post, the Investigative Committee reported the detention of the Muscovite. On 24 August, the court remanded him in custody.
