According to the investigation, on 10 August 2014, Danchenko Maxim posted on his personal page an image of the State Flag of the Russian Federation with a text that had a negative assessment of this state symbol, expressed by profane and vulgar vocabulary. In addition, on 07 May 2018, the defendant posted on his personal page an image of children in uniform and with World War II weapons on Red Square and a text addressed to the leader of Nazi Germany, containing a negative attitude to the day of military glory of Russia on 9 May, as well as to the results of the war, deviating from the generally accepted attitude (reverence, deep respect).
