Журналист издания "Можем объяснить". В ноябре 2023 года его включили в реестр «иностранных агентов». В 2024 году в Беларуси против него возбудили уголовное дело по статье о содействии экстремизму из-за участия в ток-шоу телеканала «Белсат», после чего журналист был объявлен в розыск в Беларуси и России. В феврале 2026 года против Давлятчина возбудили дело об уклонении от исполнения обязанностей иноагента.
