Resident of Yakutsk. On 16 December 2024, he was detained and interviewed in connection with a transfer of money to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. At that time, there was no talk of initiating criminal proceedings. Degtyarev later left Russia. In September 2025, he was added to Rosfinmonitoring's list of extremists and terrorists.
