Case summary
After Dovydenko tried to stop poachers (including law enforcers and a Gazprom top manager) transporting carcasses of killed moose through the Dmitrovskiy forest, a case was initiated on abuse of authority with use of weapons and violence. Later, the case was returned for further investigation three times. On 10 December 2013 he was sentenced to three years' suspended sentence.
