According to the investigation, in March 2022, Dudayev posted a screenshot of a post from the Telegram channel of blogger and NTV presenter Lera Kudryavtseva, who in her turn had posted a screenshot from another person's stories with a picture of a sticker on the door of a shop in France with a crossed-out Russian flag in the form of a pig. Kudryavtseva, who is under US and EU sanctions, commented with the phrase "No words". According to the Mash telegram channel, Dudayev accompanied his post on one of the social networks with the following comment: "For the last decades the West has been talking a lot about tolerance and humanism, kneeling over the death of a black drug addict and criminal, protecting LGBT rights, and here you go.... I see. #thisisdifferent".

Full summary
Resident of Alagir (North Ossetia), employee of a boarding school. In July 2024, it became known that a case was brought against him for desecration of the Russian flag. The occasion was a post with a photo of a sign on the door of a shop, presumably in Paris - a crossed-out pig painted in the colours of the Russian flag. The post was accompanied by the following comment: "Over the last decades, the West has been talking a lot about tolerance and humanism, kneeling over the death of a dark-skinned drug addict and criminal, protecting the rights of LGBT* people, and then this.... I get it: #thisisdifferent." In the same month it became known that the decision to initiate the case was cancelled.
