Case summary

The head of the public movement "Mayak", which helps LGBTQ+ people in Primorsky Krai, was formerly the director of the non-profit organisation "Lilit". Both organisations and Dzugkoyeva herself were included in the register of "foreign agents". Dzugkoyeva left Russia. At the end of February 2024, it was reported that a case was opened against her for evading her duties as a "foreign agent".
