Editor-in-chief of the Dozhd TV channel. In April 2025, it became known that he was put on a wanted list.

In July 2025, the Investigative Committee reported that a case was opened against him for spreading "fakes" about the Russian army with a hate motive and evading the duties of a "foreign agent". The charge of "fakes" is related to certain publications about the Russian army's crimes against civilians in Ukraine.

In 2023-2025, Dzyadko was fined three times in administrative cases for failure to fulfil the duties of a "foreign agent".
