According to the investigation, in the summer of 2020, in the social network "VKontakte" on the page of the community "Topor-Hot News" news about the detention by police officers of citizens who came out to an unauthorised rally in support of the former Governor of Khabarovsk Territory Furgal S.I. were published and available for public viewing. As a user of the social network under the name "Mikhail Mikhailov", Mr K. posted a comment to the above-mentioned news, "containing a statement about the encouragement to commit hostile (violent) acts against law enforcement officers".
