According to the investigation, he was a member of the banned community of "Citizens of the USSR" and promoted its activities: he advertised the organisation in personal conversations and created a community called "People's Committee of the USSR. Krasnoyarsk" on the social networks "Odnoklassniki" and "VKontakte", as well as on the WhatsApp and Telegram messengers, where he posted materials promoting the organisation's ideology. In particular, he promoted the idea of the illegitimacy of the Russian Federation as a state and was aimed at inciting ethnic hatred. In court, it was clarified that Fisiuk informed Internet users about the activities of the banned organization "Citizens of the USSR" on the territory of the Russian Federation, about the non-recognition of the Russian Federation as a state; the illegitimacy of the system of state authorities of the Russian Federation; the illegitimacy of the current legislation of the Russian Federation; the need to create other state authorities and administration, calling for the renunciation of Russian citizenship, refusal to pay taxes, state duties, utility payments, as well as the need to withdraw from the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
