Case summary
President of the LGBTQ+ organisation "Irida". On May 29th 2024, Fokin's home was searched, as initially reported, as part of a case on the activities of an extremist community, and he was detained. Later it became known that he was accused of organising the activities of an extremist organisation (namely, the "International LGBT Movement") and evading the duties of a "foreign agent" (he is listed in that register as a member of "Irida"). Fokin was placed under house arrest. The case came to court in March 2025. On 6thy of March 2026, Fokin was sentenced to a fine of 450 thousand roubles.
