According to the investigation, "acting deliberately, on the grounds of political hatred, as well as out of other personal interest, expressed in the desire to stand out from the crowd and get a higher social position in society, realising the public danger of their actions, fully supporting and sharing the principles of the ideology of the International Public Association "USSR" (Interregional Public Association "Union of Slavic Forces of Russia", being reliably aware that in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic dated July 11, 2019, the activities of the International Public Association "USSR" on the territory of the IPA "USSR" on the territory of the Russian Federation are prohibited and recognized as extremist, foreseeing the inevitability of the onset of socially dangerous consequences in the form of undermining the foundations of the constitutional order, integrity and security of the Russian Federation, inciting social discord, violating the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen depending on his social affiliation, and desiring their onset, joined a structural subdivision of this association - the executive committee of the "Council of People's Deputies of the city of Makhachkala DASSR/RSFSR”, positioning itself as its active participant.” In particular, "in the period from 01.12.2019 to 23.10.2020 she took part in conspiratorial meetings held by another person known to the investigation, at least twice a week of members of the executive committee of the "Council of People's Deputies of the City of Makhachkala DASSR/RFSR" and the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR", actively participating in the voting on the appointment of members of the organisation to positions in its structure, propagated the ideology of the IPA "USSR" to the persons present, and also carried out propaganda of hatred towards the state authorities of the Russian Federation, urged them to refuse to pay taxes, housing and communal payments, not to fulfil civil law obligations. In addition, from 01.12.2019 to 23.10.2020, for conspiratorial purposes, she kept agitation materials in her home - leaflets and brochures, as well as organisational and administrative documents of the IPA "USSR" and the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR as part of the RSFSR/USSR". In addition, "pursuing the extremist goals of the organisation", together with another person known to the investigation, "in violation of Federal Law No. 114-FZ "On Combating Extremist Activity", acting on the grounds of political hatred, as well as out of other personal interest connected with the desire to stand out from the crowd and to obtain a higher social position in society, organised the activities of a subdivision of the IPA "USSR" in the territory of the Republic of Dagestan, having accepted its ideology and realising its purpose of functioning, and wishing to continue its activities: - not wishing to be detected by law enforcement agencies, observing strict measures of secrecy, by means of mobile communication using the messenger WhatsApp, they agreed and coordinated their actions to organise the activities of the executive committee of the Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR; - they organised and held at least 145 conspiratorial meetings, during which they propagandised the ideology of the IPA "USSR" to their participants, and also carried out propaganda of hatred towards the state bodies of the Russian Federation, called for refusal to pay taxes, housing and communal payments, failure to fulfil civil legal obligations, and evasion of voting on issues of national, regional or local importance; - in order to increase the number of supporters of the headed cell of the IPA "USSR", they systematically organised the distribution of information promoting the activities and ideology of the IPA "USSR" via the Internet; - using computer technology, they organised the production and distribution to an unlimited number of persons of agitation materials - leaflets, notices, brochures - calling for the achievement of the above-mentioned extremist goals; - using the services of a printing house, they organised the production of agitation materials - leaflets, notices, brochures calling for the achievement of the extremist goals of the organisation, certificates and letterheads of the IPA "USSR", confirming the affiliation of the organisation's members to the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR", as well as the citizenship of the USSR; - at a place not identified by the investigation, they organised the production of branded mastic seals of the IPA "USSR" for stamping on certificates and letterheads of the IPA "USSR", confirming the affiliation of the organisation's members to the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR, as well as the citizenship of the USSR; - they recruited a new member to the organisation, namely, on September 25, 2021, at approximately 14:00 hours, they attempted to involve, by means of persuasion, persuasion and proposals, a resident of Makhachkala, Republic of Dagestan, into the activities of the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR".
