Case summary
Detained after an anti-mobilisation rally in Makhachkala on 26 September 2022, Adam was accused of violence against a law enforcement officer. According to his defence lawyers, Gadzhiev had bodily injuries after his detention. On 10 February 2023 he was sentenced to one and a half years in a general regime colony. Presumably, he was released in November 2023.
