Case summary
On 11 August 2022, local Jehovah's Witnesses were searched at least 10 addresses in Novocherkassk. After the searches, the believers were interrogated. Galitsyna was taken into custody. The hearings in the case began in September 2023. On 26 June 2024, Galitsyna was sentenced to two years and three months' imprisonment, which she had already served prior to her sentence.
Galitsyna has diabetes mellitus.
