Case summary

In March 2015, searches took place at Garayev's place of residence, residence registration and workplace, with the seizure of computers, phones and information media. On 26 March, an indictment was filed. The defendant reported violations during the investigation, as well as the fact that he was pressured, as a result of which he pleaded guilty during the interrogation, although he does not consider himself guilty under Article 282 of the Criminal Code. In April, the case was dismissed due to the expiry of the statute of limitations
