According to the prosecution, from approximately 2008 to April 2017, Garunov Umar, aware of the public danger of his actions in the form of participation in a religious association whose activities are prohibited due to extremist activities, foreseeing the inevitability of socially dangerous consequences in the form of the resumption and continuation of the activities of this religious association, and desiring these consequences, and without abandoning his pursued goals and objectives, participated in the activities of the Local Religious Organization "Nurcular" religious organization, against which a court decision prohibiting its activities due to extremist activities had entered into force. He periodically participated in "Dars" - meetings for studying the ideological sources of the LRO "Nurcular" religious organization - with the aim of resuming and continuing the activities of the Nurcular religious organization on the territory of the Russian Federation.
