According to the investigation, from 01.08.2021 to 12.03.2022 Gladchenko participated in the activities of the executive committee of the "Makhachkala City Council of People's Deputies of the Dagestan ASSR within the RSFSR/SSR", i.e. in the activities of a structural subdivision of the MOO "USSR", which was recognised as extremist by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic of 11.07.2019 and its activities are banned on the territory of the Russian Federation.
