Case summary

On 8th of September 2012, a month after she was released from the penal colony where she was serving a sentence in the case brought after the attack on the National Bolsheviks in November 2008, Alena Goryacheva, an activist of the banned NBP, was detained in Orenburg and taken to Moscow as part of the investigation into her participation in the activities of an extremist organisation in connection with the action of the banned NBP in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' reception room in 2008. She was released on personal recognizance. On 31st of October the case was terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
