According to the investigation, she participated in gatherings of followers of the religious group "Alla ayat" ("Elle ayat"), together with three other residents of the region, "one of whom also performed coordinating functions for the group", and the other two were active members. Case materials state that from 2020 to 2022, Olga Gruzdeva, Nadezhda Gruzdova and Raviya Yusupova, acting in prior collusion, continued the activities of the religious association, despite a court decision to ban it after it had been designated extremist. For this purpose, the women rented premises in the Sovetsky district of Novosibirsk, where they regularly held meetings with followers, taught religious practices, distributed literature recognised as extremist, and recruited new members. In addition, Gruzdeva, Gruzdova and Yusupova organised the collection of funds to support the activities of the banned association. The total amount of donations totalled more than 193,000 roubles.
