According to the investigation, he made wire transfers to the bank cards of persons taking part in the fighting in Syria as part of the international terrorist organisation Islamic State, which is banned in Russia, and to the founder of the Muhajiroun Islamic Foundation, I. S. Akhmednabiyev (call sign "Abu Umar Sasitlinsky", wanted for terrorism). The funds accumulated in this way were cashed abroad and sent for the preparation and commission of terrorist offences. In total, the defendant has transferred at least 50 million rubles since 2015.
