Case summary
Editor of the DOXA student magazine.
On 14 April 2021, she was detained after a search in a case of involving minors in activities dangerous to their lives. On the same day, the court imposed on Gutnikova a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain activities, which implied, inter alia, the inability to leave the house for more than one minute per day. Later, the court of appeal instance allowed Gutnikova to walk for two hours. The investigation scheduled Gutnikova for interrogations on all working days until the end of May.
On 12 April 2022 she was sentenced to two years of correctional labour, the preventive measure was cancelled.
In August it became known that Gutnikova left Russia. Later she was declared wanted. In November, the rest of the sentence was replaced with two months in a general regime penal colony.
