Case summary
A resident of Obninsk (Kaluga Region), a housewife. In May 2022 it became known that a case of flag desecration was brought against her: according to the investigation, she spat on the Russian flag attached to the bonnet of a car participating in a rally in support of the Russian army. On 18 August 2022, Gutovskaya was sentenced to six months of restriction of liberty.
