Case summary

The actor, believed to be Ukrainian, was charged in June 2024 with spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. He was later also accused of inciting hatred. In October 2024, he was placed on a wanted list. On 26 May 2025, the Khoroshevsky District Court in Moscow sentenced him in absentia to nine years in prison.
