Case summary
Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. A case was brought against him for prosecution of knowingly innocent persons, coupled with their conviction for serious crimes, illegal detention and attempted assault on an internationally protected person in connection with the prosecution of Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights. On 12 December 2025, Khan was sentenced in absentia to 15 years' imprisonment.
