According to the investigation, in the early morning of January 1, 2024, Eugenia, while near the entrance of an entertainment club on 2nd Pochepskaya Street in Bryansk, committed an act of abuse against the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, depicted on a citizen's passport, by publicly burning it. These actions constitute a gross insult and mockery of the civic and patriotic feelings of citizens of the Russian Federation. Additionally, on the night of November 12, 2023, during a quarrel with a local resident previously unknown to her in the bar of the Bryansk Hotel, she struck her in the face with her head.

Full summary
A resident of Bryansk. On New Year's Eve, she burned her Russian passport. After the video of the burning hit the web, Hoffman began to be trafficked by z-channels, claiming that she had done it in support of the Ukrainian armed forces. Later, the girl said that she was drunk and burned the old and invalid document "for fun", as she had recently received a new one
A criminal case was opened against Hoffman for abuse of the coat of arms of the Russian Federation and intentional infliction of moderate harm to health - it was reported that on New Year's Eve the blogger beat up her friend. On 3 January 2024, the court sent Hoffman under house arrest until 2 February, and also banned her from using the internet and telephone. On 19 July 2024, she was sentenced to two years and three months' restriction of liberty. On 4 October 2024, the court of appeal commuted the sentence to a year in a penal colony. In June 2025, Hoffman was allegedly released.
