Case summary

On 25 February 2016, he was detained at his home and taken to the FSB, allegedly for a conversation, but in fact for interrogation in the case of calls for extremist activity, opened for publications on social networks. He was under a non-departure undertaking. In June 2016, it became known that Khorrshr left Russia. On 13 December, the court ruled on his arrest in absentia.

Earlier, Horrshr was repeatedly called by the police, summoning him for a "conversation". In addition, while Horrshr was serving an administrative arrest in a special detention centre for the action with the hanging of the Ukrainian flag on a high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, he was visited by an FSB officer known as "Lesha the Smile", who induced him to covertly cooperate. In December 2015, a few days after his release from the special reception centre, Khorshrr was dismissed from his job
