According to the investigation, she continued the activities of the “Volya” party and took part in organising a cell of the “All-People's Union for the Revival of Russia,” allegedly aimed at “uniting the people and restoring the USSR.” While “maintaining secrecy,” she held meetings with the goal of reviving the party. On her initiative, at least two individuals held pickets in support of Svetlana Lada-Rus and “distributed banned extremist literature.”

Full summary
A resident of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. In June 2009, a case of incitement to hatred was brought against her because of her public reading of the poem "A Last Wish to the 'Ivans'". In July 2010, the case was dropped due to a lack of elements of a crime. In September 2023, it became known that a case involving the activities of an extremist organisation was brought against Ignateva. Later, it was reported that the case also includes a charge of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 10 March 2025, Ignateva was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months’ imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
