According to the investigation, being an active supporter of the idea that the Russian Federation should cease to exist illegally, he participated in a public movement aimed at reviving the former USSR state in Russia and disseminated information about it on the Internet; wishing to violently overthrow the State power in the Russian Federation, he became a member of an organised group whose goal was the violent seizure of state power and the violent replacement of the consitutional state order of Russia with self-proclaimed USSR bodies; the group included supporters of the idea of illegality of the USSR collapse involved in the group by convincing, persuading, demanding or making offers in the Internet.
