Case summary
A resident of the Moscow region. In December 2024, she was searched in connection with her involvement in the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are persecuted solely because of their religious activities - organising meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters. A non-custodial preventive measure was chosen against Inkina. On 14 April 2026, she was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence.
