According to the investigation, on 29 May 2024 Ivanenko placed leaflets on the building of the military recruitment office of the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg with an image of a man "outwardly resembling the president of the Russian Federation in a prison robe", with a call to search for him as for a dangerous criminal and text of an "insulting nature": "distinctive features: pompous dwarf, shouty, vindictive, extremely disdainful of the others' opinion. Known by the nicknames: VVP, Toilet Gravedigger, Kabaev, Alpha male, Great Poo, Botox. Bounty: 1,000,000 roubles for helping to catch him".

Full summary
Resident of St. Petersburg. Presumably, previously lived in the Irkutsk region. In 2022 was sentenced to two years in a hooliganism case, details unknown. In May 2024, a hooliganism case was brought against Ivanenko because of leaflets depicting a man resembling Putin in a prison robe on the building of the military enlistment office in St. Petersburg. Ivanenko promised a million roubles for the capture of the president.
Ivanenko was taken into custody. In October 2024, he was sent to a psychiatric hospital.
In July 2025, the court released Ivanenko from criminal liability and ordered him to undergo involuntary treatment in a medical organisation providing inpatient psychiatric care of a specialized type.
