According to the investigation, in 2022, "in order to form a negative attitude towards the Special Military Operation conducted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, he made and posted a recording on a video hosting platform via the information and telecommunication network Internet. Under the guise of an authentic report on the actions of the Russian army during the Special Military Operation, the published recording contained knowingly false information that the Russian Armed Forces had carried out a strike on a city shopping centre, accompanied by a fire and destruction of residential buildings. The comments to the above video were accompanied by a crude uncensored negative assessment of the activities of the RF Armed Forces and commanders".
